There is a washing machine & dryer in the Villa which can be used during long term stays.

Villa Rosa has private parking spaces directly on site. Carport parking for long term guests.

There are gyms nearby. The closest one is in Aschau, another one in Kaltenbach.

Where can I wash my laundry in Zillertal?
For long term guests (more than 30 days) we offer to use the washing mashine and dryer in the house.
Alternatively there is a laundry service at Camping Aufenfeld in Aschau.
Are pets allowed in Villa Rosa?
No pets are allowed in Villa Rosa.
Does Villa Rosa offer charging for electric cars?
No, but there is a charging station at the train station in Aschau.
Where can I charge my electric car in Zillertal?
The closest charging station to Villa Rosa is at the train station in Aschau. There is a Tesla supercharger in Stumm.

Apartments & Features
What is the difference between the Panorama Suite and the Wellness Retreat?
The Panorama Suite offers elevated living with a large balcony and stunning mountain views, while the Wellness Retreat features a private garden with sauna, whirlpool, and outdoor space for a more secluded and relaxing experience.
Can guests of the Panorama Suite get access to the garden, whirlpool and sauna?
No. The outdoor area is for guests of the Wellness Apartment only.
Can I book the whole Villa?
No.
Does the Wellness Apartment really have a private sauna and whirlpool?
Yes, the Wellness Retreat includes a private garden with its own sauna, whirlpool and BBQ grill, allowing you to relax in complete privacy at any time.
What equipment is in the kitchen?
The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating.
Where can I wash my laundry in Zillertal?
For long term guests we offer to use the washing mashine and dryer in the house.
Alternatively there is a laundry service at Camping Aufenfeld in Aschau.

Is Villa Rosa suitable for parties or group events?
No. Villa Rosa is designed as a calm and exclusive retreat. Parties and loud events are not allowed.
Can guests of the Panorama Apartment get access to the garden, whirlpool and sauna?
No. The outdoor area is for guests of the Wellness Apartment only.
Can I book the whole Villa?
No.
Are pets allowed at Villa Rosa?
No, pets are not allowed in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
Can I invite friends or visitors during my stay?
The apartments are reserved exclusively for registered guests. External visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

How close are the ski resorts from Villa Rosa?
Villa Rosa is ideally located between several top ski areas including Hochzillertal, Hochfügen, Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofen, and the Hintertux Glacier, all easily reachable within a short drive either by car, train or bus.
Is Villa Rosa a good base for outdoor activities?
Absolutely. Whether skiing, hiking, biking, or running, the surrounding area offers year-round outdoor opportunities — with trails and nature starting right outside your door.

For long term guests we provide usage of the washing machine and dryer in the house.
Where is the closest supermarket?
The closest supermarkets are MPREIS and Braunegger in Aschau. In nearby Zell am Ziller, you’ll also find larger stores such as Billa, Spar, and Hofer. The closest drug store BIPA is in Ramsau.
Where can I find bakeries, pharmacies, or doctors nearby?
You’ll find bakeries, pharmacies, and medical services in both Aschau im Zillertal and Zell am Ziller, all within a short drive from Villa Rosa.
Are there any gyms nearby?
Yes, the closest gyms are in Aschau (Anne’s Vital) or in Kaltenbach (Bodyschmiede). There is also a climbing hall in Aschau (Kraftreich) for indoor training.
Are there any Yoga Studios in Zillertal?
Yes, there are several yoga classes and studios throughout the valley. Close options include Kraftreich Aufenfeld, Coolnest, and studios in Ramsau im Zillertal, offering a variety of styles in a beautiful alpine setting.
Are there any Day Spas in Zillertal?
Yes, the Zillertal offers several beautiful day spa options. We recommend hotels such as Wöscherhof, Hotel Pachmair or Hotel Schiestl. Advance reservation is recommended to ensure availability.
